Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over this document. An individual proposal or agreement may provide more favourable terms.
1. Custom projects
Websites, applications, bots, and automations are delivered to an individually agreed scope. Payments for accepted milestones and completed work are generally non-refundable, without limiting consumer rights or remedies for non-conformity.
2. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer entering a distance contract generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. A notice may be sent to mavhe030@gmail.com.
- If work starts at the consumer's express request before the 14-day period ends, a proportionate payment may be due for services supplied before withdrawal.
- Once a paid service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw may be lost where the consumer expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that consequence.
- For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the right to withdraw requires the statutory conditions, including prior consent and confirmation, to be met.
3. Cancellation before work starts
If work has not started and no external costs have been incurred, payment is refunded in full unless the agreement lawfully identifies a non-refundable reservation fee.
4. Cancellation during delivery
If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work, accepted milestones, and documented external costs are settled. Any unused part of an advance payment is refunded after that settlement.
5. Non-conformity and corrections
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, the client should describe the issue. MAVHE will first attempt to bring the service or digital content into conformity within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
- Where correction is impossible, unsuccessful, or the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious, a consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination under applicable law.
6. Refund timing and method
An approved refund is issued without undue delay and no later than required by law, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to the client.
7. How to submit a request
Email mavhe030@gmail.com with the project name or reference, payment date, requested outcome, and preferred contact method. Receipt of an electronically submitted request will be confirmed.
