MAVHE is an independent development studio. The contractor's full details, scope, and terms for each engagement are provided in the relevant proposal or agreement. This document is a general information template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
1. Operator and contact
The website and MAVHE brand are operated by MAVHE. For enquiries concerning projects, personal data, or these documents, contact: mavhe030@gmail.com.
Information submitted through an enquiry is used solely to respond, prepare a proposal, deliver the agreement, and settle the project.
2. Scope of services
MAVHE builds websites, web applications, SaaS products, Discord bots, and automations. Scope, schedule, fees, and acceptance criteria are agreed individually.
3. Personal data
We may process contact and billing details, correspondence, and technical information required to deliver a project.
- Processing may be necessary to take steps before a contract, perform a contract, comply with law, or pursue the legitimate interest of handling correspondence and legal claims.
- Data is retained for as long as necessary for its purpose and afterwards for legally required retention or limitation periods.
- Data may be shared with hosting, email, payment, and project-tool providers only where necessary.
4. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing.
- Requests can be sent to the MAVHE contact address.
- You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority if you believe processing is unlawful.
5. Confidentiality and project rights
Client materials and information marked confidential are not published without permission. Copyright transfer, licensing, source-code delivery, and portfolio use are defined in the proposal or agreement.
6. Security and subcontractors
Appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are used. When delivery requires third-party services, the client is informed about material integrations, costs, and dependencies.
7. Changes
This document may be updated when services or legal requirements change. A new version applies from publication and does not alter rights acquired under an earlier agreement.
